Oil prices rose during trading on Friday, following the announcement by the health authorities in China to ease some restrictions related to the Corona pandemic, and oil received support from the continued decline in the performance of the US dollar index, which fell by 1.3 percent to 106.8 points .

Brent crude futures rose 2.6 percent, or about $2.47, to $96.13 a barrel, after rising 1.1 percent in the previous session, according to CNBC. U.S. crude contracts also rose 2.9 percent, or about $2.54 to $89.01 a barrel.
