Jerash Youth Team Wins Title of Our Generation Five-Ball Championship

Jerash Youth Team won the title of the five-team "Jelna" Tournament for the Northern Region, The contests were held at the King Abdullah Gardens Stadium in Irbid province with 65 teams participating.

The team won the championship title at the end of the competitions that witnessed a distinguished level of the participating teams, to crown the team with the title, while the "Al-Turrah” team came in second place.

Zain announced in a press release on Sunday that it will continue to register the teams in the remaining championships; The Southern Region Championship will be held next Friday in the province of Aqaba on the pitches for developing Aqaba ,The youth championship, which will be held August 26th at the Jordan Knights Club stadiums in Amman, through the electronic registration link through Zain’s official pages on Facebook and Instagram platforms.

Zain had announced the launch of the "Gilna" five-a-side football tournaments, the largest in the Kingdom, for young men and women in the 18-29 age group, as part of the company's ongoing initiatives towards the sports sector and to support young talents in the Kingdom, The matches of the tournaments are managed by refereeing teams from the Jordan Football Association.
