Qatar: $42 billion, estimates of the volume of oil revenues for next year

The total estimated oil
revenues for the State of Qatar during the next year amounted to 154 billion
riyals (42.3 billion dollars), an increase of 26.6 percent compared to 121.6
billion riyals (33.4 billion dollars) this year. The Qatari Ministry of Finance said, in a
statement, through its online account, on Wednesday, that the total
estimates of non-oil revenues amounted to 42 billion riyals for the next year,
an increase of 9.1 percent, compared to 38.5 billion riyals for the current
year.
The
Ministry added that the allocations for salaries and wages amount to 58.5
billion riyals (16 billion dollars) for the year 2022, an increase of 1 percent
compared to 57.9 billion riyals for the current year.
The Ministry indicated that the
allocations for major projects for the next year amount to 74 billion riyals,
down from 72.1 billion during the current year, an increase of 2.6 percent,
compared to 72.1 billion riyals in the 2021 budget.
