Islamic Bank launches Islamic reward program

Jordan Islamic Bank launched an Islamic program "My Neqaty” rewards for its customers using bank cards issued by the bank (Visa Gold, Silver, Visa Signature, Master Card Gold, Master Card Word and its affiliated cards), as an appreciation of the bank to its customers and to enhance their confidence in it and to motivate them to use the bank’s cards  Banking and digital bank electronic channels.  According to a press statement by the bank today, Sunday, the bank launched the program through the Islamic Mobile and Islami Internet applications in the local and international shopping operations through points of sale or the Internet to obtain instant points, and then exchange the accumulated points for cash rewards.  The customer can exchange them for cash rewards to be added to his account. The customer can also transfer the points to friends and family or any customer who is in the points program.

In turn, the CEO and General Manager of the Jordan Islamic Bank, Dr. Hussein Saeed, said that "the Jordan Islamic Bank has been implementing a strategy of strengthening and strengthening relations with its customers, who are partners in the bank's achievements through rewarding them at any opportunity to benefit everyone."  And he indicated that this campaign comes as a continuation of the customer loyalty program that the bank announced at the beginning of the year 2020 to include a series of privileges and incentives obtained by all the bank’s customers who use bank cards, including instant discounts at merchants, and monthly cash prizes for card users in payments and shopping operations through various points of sale or  Online, stressing the bank's continued keenness to launch more incentive campaigns aimed at rewarding its customers.  Dr. Saeed added that the Islamic Rewards campaign will be expanded in the future to include all bank cards issued by the bank, calling on the bank's customers to intensify the use of bank cards to achieve higher points and benefit from cash rewards.  (Petra)
