Al-Ramtha football fans throughout the Kingdom's provinces are in a state of joy for the past 39 years after the team successfully returned  the Premier League to the club's coffers in 1982.

Events and celebrations continued in the city of Ramtha, and in all Jordanian cities that love the club, to cheer for the title of the Professional League, which Ramtha succeeded in winning last Thursday, following its 1-1 draw with Al-Jazeera. The match was officially crowning the title amidst great joy by supporters of the title.

Tens of thousands of people gathered at the main roundabout in Ramtha to celebrate the Premier League's title, with songs praising this achievement, which came after a difficult football season. The club opened a headquarters for well-known official, popular and sports figures who began flocking to the club on Saturday to congratulate the club with joy at the length of the title wait, during which Ramtha stayed away from the podium before returning again through the professional league. The joy was not limited to the city of Ramtha. It extended to the fans of the club in the various provinces who were overwhelmed with joy and danced dabke to celebrate the victory in a scene that reflects the popularity of this large team.

Fans of Al-Ramtha announced that the celebrations for the precious title will continue, wishing their team more titles to search for next season.

Ramtha star Musaab al-Laham told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that the joy, which spread throughout the kingdom's provinces, reflects the popularity of the beloved team, which includes elite Jordanian soccer stars. He said: In my sports career, I have never witnessed such mass happiness, which made me happier for the success of the team's players in drawing happiness on the faces of our large fans. Al-Lahham said that the need for about six hours of a bus from Amman to Ramtha on the day of the crowding, due to the large crowds that had marched on the bus, was proof of the team's popularity. He noted that the crowds of tens of thousands of people gathered at Al-Ramtha roundabout every day to celebrate the title reflects their thirst for achievements.

Fans Abdullah Ananza said, "I have never been away from following Ramtha for 40 years in different championships. I longed to win the titles, but this dream lasted a long time, until Relief came on Wednesday.

Al-Ramtha's assistant coach, Ibrahim Al-Saqar, said that Al-Ramtha's winning the Premier League title is a joy for the country, as revealed by spontaneous processions of joy that emerged from various provinces in the kingdom; Rejoicing at the league. Dr. Rateb al-Dawood, one of the stars of al-Ramtha in beautiful times, said he was more happy to win the Premier League title this season than he was to win the Premier League title in 1982.
He said: We were happy with the Premier League title in 1981 and 1982, but winning the 2021 Premier League title has a different and wonderful taste. We hope that his team will continue to win the titles in the coming seasons
