As usual, According to official protocols, the Expo International Investment Fair has traditionally held a national day for the suite of each participating Country, which is different from the opening day, with the participation of a government delegation from the State represented by each suite, a high-level figure from the participating State and its accompanying personnel and information mission and to receive its counterpart from the Government of the host State.

For his part, economist Dr.Wajdi Almkhamreh said that a high-level figure or delegation is required, because it reflects Jordan's orientation or positive expectations about the results of participation in Expo Dubai 2020, in a later period with regard to marketing investment opportunities in Jordan and offering opportunities for promising sectors that were supposed to be exploited. It attracts Gulf or Foreign private investment.

He added, despite what is expected and however remarkable the delegation is, we looked forward to the results and what it will achieve from its participation in the Expo now, whether it will be a quality addition that will attract investment and put Jordan back on the investment map, or whether it will be just a symbolic participation and will not achieve positive results.

Dr.Wajdi stressed on a speaking to Al-Anbat, We are waiting for what this prestigious delegation's participation in Expo 2020 Dubai will achieve Jordan, could put it forward some positive proposals for a later period. As we said earlier, there will be a radical change in the investment system, by creating incentives and attracting investment in promising sectors, and by putting the issue of regional engagement between Jordan, Iraq and Egypt on the subject of accounting, making sure of transparency and combating corruption in the coming period.
