Facebook revealed the reason behind service disruptions

Facebook exposed the reason behind the distribution for several hours on Monday for Whatsapp and Instagram , confirming that the users data protected from any breach.

Many explanation related to this malfunction between subversion ideas and internal error , but Facebook clarified in a statement that" the main reason behind the distribution  for six hours that caused 3.5 billion users to stop use Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp is a wrong edits in settings".

Facebook added that " our engineering team discovered that the modification on the main routers which is responsible to layout the movement between data centers caused problems led to connection interruption " , according to Reuters.

Facebook apologized for the technical malfunction which caused distribution on its services for several hours and preventing 3.5 billion users to use  social network and messaging services.

The technology manager in Facebook, Mike Schroepfer said "for all large and small companies for all families and every individual who relying on us I'm sorry", He added it may take some time to return services 100% .
