Jordan, UAE discuss bilateral cooperation
Al-Anbat - Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply, Maha Ali, has discussed with UAE Minister of Economy, Abdullah Bin Touq Al Marri, means of bolstering the two countries’ partnership across economic sectors, mainly in trade and investment.
Talks during the meeting, held via video conference, also tackled the importance of maintaining coordination over issues of mutual concern and keeping pace with the global developments in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a Ministry statement on Wednesday.
The two officials agreed on holding a virtual meeting for the Jordanian-UAE joint committee to consider means of boosting the intra-trade, enhancing agricultural cooperation, as well as capitalizing the UAE experience in regulating the e-commerce and digitizing the economy
