Senate president meets head of Saudi General Auditing Bureau

Al-Anbat -Senate President Faisal Fayez on Thursday met with Head of the Saudi General Auditing Bureau Hossam Al Anqari in the presence of head of Jordan's Audit Bureau, Abid Kharabsheh.

During the meeting, the two sides affirmed the depth of Jordanian-Saudi relations, especially in the political and economic fields ,stressing the need to develop these relations in the interest of both countries and peoples.

Fayez stressed the important role played by the audit bureaus in preserving public money, pointing out the importance of joint cooperation between Jordan and Saudi Arabia in this field through the exchange of experiences to identify the best international practices that safeguard and preserve public money.

The Saudi official said a memorandum of understanding between the Saudi General Auditing Bureau and Jordan's Audit Bureau will be signed to enhance partnership between them.
