The positives of difference ... !!!

The difference is often not subject to the will of the man and as stated in the verse (And if your Lord had so willed, He would surely, have made mankind one Ummah (nation or community), but they will not cease to disagree.).
The wisdom of God is to create different people and make it one of the constants of the universe and a law that lives in the circle of humans as they are different in colors, shapes and sizes as well as tongues, Almighty Allah said (And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and the diversity of your languages and your colors) He also created human beings different in effort and endurance because He does not burden any human being with more than he is well able to bear and the Almighty said (Allah charges no soul except to its capacity).
Differences are natural in ideas, perceptions, customs, traditions and opinions. The strange thing is when a certain party or group tries to make all people believe in their ideas and opinions, difference must be necessary and useful, and it indicates the health of the community. The differences help in knowing the weaknesses and the places of imbalance as well as the places of strength, so it has to be adapted by some of the positivity and rationality, and there are as we know councils or schools of thought for dialogue and research and scrutiny in all important things.
A society in which these differences do not grow is a society that is weak. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The difference of my nation is mercy." As the difference of views and ideas is discretionary enriching the right to reach, and is the best solution to any crisis or any problem of any kind and size. Because the great minds of bright wise do not produce a collective decision except by evidence and are devised and weighed and the public interest prevails over the private interest away from self-love and personal interests. And not the difference because of conflicts of interest and private gains, but the public interest, so as to avoid discrimination, hostility and ruptures and this has negative effects. This is the origin of the difference between the first-party human mind, science and mercy and the second party interest and desires. In scientific differences, energies grow and capacities are explode in a positive atmosphere. In different interests over gains, conflicts, ruptures and settling accounts prevail. The difference may be intellectual or social and economic, but each has its own role in how to deal between the different parties opinions, and this also saves the self from the tension and verbal or behavioural outbursts , which saves them from the internal captivity without judging or calling names on our own , so as not to invalidate the true meaning of difference. We must not lose sight of the role of reason and rationality and the disruption of its ability in light of the existence of those who want to exploit that behavior and media to settle the accounts at the expense of the homeland, and should not miss the national intellectual production, which preserves the security and stability of the homeland, and to not hurt each other, Almighty Allah said "And do not spy nor let some of you backbite others. Does one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother?But you abhor it) as well as not to catch mistakes to make them a big deal if we have solutions for it in the attempt to win the great media. It is natural that friction and work generates some mistakes and none of us claim to be immune to mistakes, but we have to help each other to overcome the mistakes and crises, so that there are no wrong practices that some short-sighted seek to get them , there are standards and parallels of the difference literature, and difference lives with us and we have to give in and adapt to move with it to the positive situation to search for the right target and armed with self-criticism before the other, whether thought or behavior or performance.
